Whisenant Appraisal and Home Inspection Services, LLC is dedicated to providing excellent service.  Tim Whisenant is a state certified residential real property appraiser (GACR002842).  Home inspection is not regulated by the state of Georgia, but he is a residential building inspector (No. 5242618-B-1) with the ICC (International Code Council).   

Appraisal Service

 

Service regarding a strict compliance to GREC, (Georgia Real Estate Commission) and USPAP (Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice) for appraisals of 1-4 family residential properties.  Currently a member of the FNC AppraisalPort.Com system.

Home Inspection Service

 

Reference and compliance to the ICC (International Code Council) is the basis for all home inspections and acknowledgement of differing county codes of 1-2 family residential properties.
