Hub of the South​

Dictionary.com defines a hub as, "a center around which things revolve or from which they radiate; a focus of activity; authority, comerce, transportation, etc."  This is a good description of Atlanta in not only a diversification of business and career opportunity but also for the variety of  residential housing as described above.
